Billy is Bella’s first homebred out of her fantastic mare ‘Carolyn,’ who Bella competed up to 4* level and their most impressive victory together was winning Blenheim 4*L. Bella is having an enormous amount of fun producing Billy and has adored watching him grow up from a little weak foal into a special little horse now.
He is incredibly kind and shows so many similarities to his Mother, which is incredibly exciting as she was a true fighter and a phenomenal mare. His paces are outstanding and he is really learning to operate over the jumps.
In 2023 he stepped up to Novice level and completed his first two International 2* starts. His final result was at Cornbury 2* in the 6 year old championships, where he just added one pole to his finishing score on the final day.
It’s been a wonderful journey producing Billy, and Bella can’t wait to see what the future holds for him.
